- This Blog presents the finding from an internal study which was conducted by Allan H.F Palmer. Allan Palmer Was a police officer who served the People of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for 9 years 10 months. After which he acepted the opportunity to serve the Government and people of Bermuda for Four Years four months. He is credited with writing the book The Beginning as a means of helping the people of Bermuda address the domestic violence problem they were confronted with. Allan is a very open, straight forward and individual who tends to always stand on the side of honesty.
